This is an entry-level, client-facing role focused on greeting prospects, conducting property tours, and supporting the leasing process from first inquiry to move-in.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized and dependable, and is interested in growing within property management or real estate.<h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Greet prospective residents and answer basic leasing questions</li><li>Conduct property and unit tours in a friendly, professional manner</li><li>Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person</li><li>Assist with rental applications, paperwork, and lease preparation</li><li>Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and scheduling with the leasing team</li><li>Keep unit availability and listing information up to date</li><li>Support resident events and community activities as needed</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>Customer service, hospitality, retail, or office experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and people skills</li><li>Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented</li><li>Comfortable learning new systems and software</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li></ul>Prior leasing experience is helpful but not required -- training is provided <h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>$18-$20 per hour + commission</li><li>Full-time, W-2 position with a consistent schedule</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li><li>Growth opportunities within property management and operations</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented work environment</li></ul><h3>About Valiant Group</h3>Valiant Group is a Springfield-based, vertically integrated real estate company with in-house construction, development, and property management teams.
