Valiant Group is a vertically integrated real estate company specializing in development, construction, leasing, and property management. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are hiring a Property Management Sales Manager to lead business development efforts focused on acquiring new property management clients.


This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional who enjoys building relationships with property owners, investors, and brokers--and who can confidently present value-based property management solutions.


What You'll Do:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new property management opportunities with property owners and investors
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and industry partners
  • Conduct outreach through networking, calls, meetings, and targeted campaigns
  • Present Valiant Group's property management services clearly and professionally
  • Evaluate properties for operational fit and long-term profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on growth strategies
  • Represent Valiant Group at industry, community, and networking events
  • Track activity, pipeline, and performance toward growth goals


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate services
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable speaking with property owners, investors, and decision-makers
  • Familiarity with property management, real estate investing, or multifamily assets is a plus
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work independently


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary plus commission (performance-driven earning potential)
